Workshop Logistics
We recommend arriving Sunday, May 6th to attend the Reception at the hotel from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Detroit Metro Airport (DTW) is the closest airport to Ann Arbor.
Ground Transportation: Participants are responsible for their transportation to and from the airport. Daily bus transportation will be provided for all event-related activities.
Parking: Parking is limited on north campus. Persons driving on their own instead of taking the bus will be provided with a parking pass. If you would prefer to drive separately, please email archimedes@umich.edu to request a parking pass. You may pick up your parking pass during early check-in at the opening reception and on Monday morning at the entrance of parking lot NC60 outside of the Lurie Engineering Center
General Sessions: General sessions take place at the University of Michigan's Lurie Engineering Center on the 3rd floor in the Johnson Rooms, 1221 Beal Ave, Ann Arbor, MI 48109.
Recommended Dress Code: Business casual for all event activities. No need to wear a tie.
Registration
The early bird rate will be available until April 20th. An email invitation will be sent when registration is open. It is important to note that invitations are non-transferable for this workshop.
If you would like to nominate a colleague from your organization or another, please send their contact information to archimedes@umich.edu and include a reason why he/she would be an appropriate participant at this collegial event.

The room rate for attendees is $114 per night, hotel reservations can be made online or by calling 734-769-9800 and referencing the "Archimedes Leadership Workshop".
